I Parquet Courts sono una rock band formatasi nel 2010 a Brooklyn, New York grazie ad alcuni musicisti texani.
Il gruppo ha pubblicato il suo lavoro di debutto American Specialties nel 2011, rilasciandolo solo in cassetta in versione limitata (!). Sono poi seguiti due ulteriori album, da quello del 2012, Light Up Gold, è tratta questa interessante Stoned And Starving.
Il gruppo è formato da Andrew Savage (voce e chitarra), Austin Brown (voce e chitarra), Sean Yeaton (basso), and Max Savage (batteria).
